  • I received a wrong / defective item. Can I do an exchange?
    If you have received a wrong/defective item, please contact us within 1 week from the date of delivery to notify us, together with your order number, delivery date and a clear photo of the product. We will then arrange a delivery date to process a one-to-one exchange for you. There will be no charges imposed for exchanges due to wrong/defective item.
  • The item I purchased is not what I wanted. Can I return it?
    We can only accept returns if the item is unopened and in a resalable condition. Please contact us within 1 week from the date of delivery to notify us, together with your order number, delivery date and a clear photo of the product. Upon receiving and inspection of the product, if the product is deemed to be in acceptable condition, you will receive a refund accordingly. Please note that a return delivery cost of $5 has to be borne by you.
  • How much is the delivery fee?
    For orders below $60, a delivery fee of $5 will be charged. For orders $60 or above, you will be able to enjoy free delivery.
  • Can I place an international order?
    Unfortunately, we do not provide international shipping. All deliveries are only applicable in Singapore.
  • Do I need to pay for redelivery?
    Yes, if a redelivery is required, there will be a redelivery fee of $5 charged to you. If you need to amend your delivery date, kindly contact us at least 1 working day before the arranged delivery date. You may drop us an email at sshci.sg@gmail.com. For urgent matters, we are contactable at 8118 3955 (Whatsapp or call).
  • What are your delivery days/time?
    Mondays - Fridays: 9am-5pm Saturdays: 9am-2pm We do not delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
  • What are the delivery options available?
    We currently only offer standard delivery for all orders.
  • How long does it take for my order to be processed and delivered?
    Upon submission of order, we will contact you with payment information within 1 working day. After making payment, kindly allow up to 1 working day for processing and delivery will then be arranged within 3 working days. We will inform you of the delivery details once delivery has been arranged.
  • How do I pay for my order?
    After submitting your order, we will contact you with payment information and you may proceed to make payment either via paynow or bank transfer.
  • What payment methods accepted?
    We currently accept payments via paynow and bank transfer.
  • Can I cancel or change my order?
    If you have submitted your order and not made payment yet, kindly email us at sshci.sg@gmail.com. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel or change your order once payment has been made.
  • How do I place an order?
    Once you have added the products to your cart, click on the cart icon at the top right corner to view your cart, and you will be directed to the checkout page. From there, fill up your delivery address, contact details and submit your order. You will receive an order confirmation email and we will get in touch with you with the payment information within 1 working day.
  • How will I know if my order has gone through?
    A confirmation email will be sent to your email shortly after you submit your order. Do check your junk mail just in case it does not appear in your inbox. Kindly reach out to us, if you did not receive an email within the next 24 hours.
  • When will my order be processed?
    Your order will be processed within 1 working day, after which it will be delivered to your delivery address within 3 working days.
  • Are your products halal-certified?
    Yes, all our products are halal-certified.
  • What are your working hours?
    Mondays - Fridays: 9am-6pm (excludes public holidays)
