Savour the bold and spicy flavours of our Vegan Sambal Chicken, a plant-based twist on a classic Southeast Asian favourite. This dish features tender plant-based “chicken” wok-tossed in a fragrant vegan sambal chilli paste, delivering a rich balance of heat, sweetness, and umami.
 
Our vegan dishes are also Buddhist-friendly, so we do not use alliums—onion, garlic, leek, chive, or shallot in our vegan-friendly dishes.
 
* Vegan meat is made up of textured soy protein or mushroom.
 
Food will be packed in gold aluminium containers and come with metal stand, burner, lighter and ladle.  
Disposable plate and cutleries are not included.

Size Small (S) portion consists approx. 600 for 4 pax
Size Large (L) portion consists approx. 1.2kg for 8 pax
