Black Pepper Chicken with Bitter Gourd combines tender chicken stir-fried with aromatic black pepper, garlic, and sliced bitter gourd. The dish balances the savory, spicy flavors of the chicken with the distinct, slightly bitter notes of the gourd, creating a unique and flavorful experience.
 
Food will be packed in gold aluminium containers and come with metal stand, burner, lighter and ladle.  
Disposable plate and cutleries are not included.
 
Recommended size guide:
Size Small (S) portion consists approx. 600-800g for 4-5 pax
Size Large (L) portion consists approx. 1.2-1.6kg for 8-10 pax

- $20 for weekdays before 5pm
