Buburchacha is a traditional Chinese–Peranakan dessert made with a comforting mix of yam, sweet potato, and chewy tapioca pearls cooked in rich, fragrant coconut milk. Served warm or chilled, this colourful dessert is loved for its creamy texture and balance of sweetness and aroma — a perfect treat to end any meal.
 
Food will be packed in gold aluminium containers and come with metal stand, burner, lighter and ladle.  
Disposable plate and cutleries are not included.
 
Recommended size guide:
Size Small (S) portion consists approx. 600-800g for 4-5 pax
Size Large (L) portion consists approx. 1.2-1.6kg for 8-10 pax

- $20 for weekdays before 5pm
