Mala Chicken 麻辣鸡 (8 - 10pax)
 
Mala chicken is a spicy Sichuan dish featuring tender chicken stir-fried with Sichuan peppercorns, dried chilies, garlic, and ginger. Its bold flavors and numbing heat make it a must-try for spice lovers.
 
Food will be packed in gold aluminium containers and come with metal stand, burner, lighter and ladle.  
Disposable plate and cutleries are not included.
 
Recommended size guide:
Size Small (S) portion consists approx. 600-800g for 4-5 pax
Size Large (L) portion consists approx. 1.2-1.6kg for 8-10 pax

*Delivery fee:
- $20 for weekdays before 5pm 
- $25 for weekdays after 5pm & weekends
- $50 for public holiday.
