Layered with luxurious ingredients such as abalone, prawns, sea cucumber, mushrooms and vegetables, all braised in a rich, savoury broth, it symbolises prosperity, abundance and togetherness. Simply heat and serve for a memorable reunion meal. 🧧🍲

Heating Method:
Transfer Pen Cai from the freezer to the chiller.
Leave in the chiller for 1 day to fully defrost.
Place the Pen Cai into the steamer and steam for 5 minutes.
Remove the prawns and set aside to prevent overcooking.
Continue steaming the Pen Cai for another 30 minutes.
Add the prawns back on top and steam for 1–2 minutes to reheat.
Carefully remove, stir gently and serve hot.
